ireuty™ is operated by Shenzhen Jiasai Zhongji Technology Co., Ltd.

These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases and related interactions made through ireuty.com.

When you place an order, you also agree to the policies and checkout information applicable to that transaction, including shipping, returns and refunds, privacy, payment, and security information.

Product Descriptions & Presentation

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, photographs, specifications, features, prices, and availability as accurately as practical.

Minor differences in appearance may occur because of screen settings, lighting, photography, material variation, manufacturing tolerances, or other reasonable product variations.

Product images may include decorative props or styling elements that are not included with the purchased product unless the listing clearly states otherwise.

Order Submission & Acceptance

An order confirmation indicates that your order request has been received. It does not necessarily mean that all payment verification, inventory review, fraud-prevention checks, or fulfillment checks have been completed.

We may refuse, hold, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary because of payment failure, suspected fraud, inventory unavailability, material pricing errors, legal restrictions, or an inability to fulfill the purchase.

If payment has already been successfully collected for an order that we later cancel, the applicable collected amount will be refunded through the appropriate payment process.

Prices, Taxes & Payment

Before an order is completed, checkout displays applicable product prices, available payment methods, shipping charges, taxes where applicable, discounts, and the final order total.

By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Transactions may be subject to authorization, verification, and fraud-prevention review by Shopify, the relevant bank, card issuer, payment provider, or other applicable service.

Unless another currency is clearly shown during checkout, prices displayed on ireuty.com are generally shown in U.S. dollars (USD).

Processing & Shipping

Orders are normally processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation and any necessary verification.

During unusually busy periods, holidays, or promotional events, processing may require up to 5 business days.

For standard shipping to supported United States destinations, estimated carrier transit is generally 10–15 business days after dispatch.

Processing time and carrier transit time are separate periods. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Applicable shipping methods and charges are displayed during checkout before payment is submitted.

Returns & Refunds

Eligible products may generally be requested for return within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery, subject to the applicable return conditions.

Customers should contact customer support before returning merchandise. The registered business address is not automatically the correct return warehouse.

Once an approved return has been received, inspected, and accepted, an eligible refund is generally initiated to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

The payment provider, card issuer, or financial institution may require additional time before the refund appears on the account.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Incomplete Products

If an item arrives damaged, appears defective, is incomplete, is not the product ordered, or materially differs from the applicable product description, please contact us promptly.

We may ask for your order number, photographs, video, packaging information, or another reasonable form of evidence needed to review the issue.

Once an issue attributable to us has been reviewed and confirmed, we will provide an appropriate solution.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Requests to change or cancel an order should be submitted as soon as possible after the order is placed.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist before fulfillment begins, but changes or cancellation cannot be guaranteed after processing, packing, fulfillment, shipment preparation, or dispatch has started.

No cancellation fee is charged when an order is successfully cancelled before fulfillment.

Promotional Offers

Discount codes, limited-time offers, gifts, and other promotions may be subject to eligibility requirements, expiration dates, minimum purchase requirements, product exclusions, geographic restrictions, usage limits, or other conditions presented with the offer.

Unless otherwise stated, separate promotional offers may not always be combined.

A promotional code should generally be entered before payment is completed if the applicable checkout provides a code-entry field.

Appropriate Product Use

Products purchased through our store must be used lawfully and in accordance with the product information, instructions, warnings, intended cosmetic use, and other guidance supplied with the product.

Customers should discontinue use of a beauty or personal-care device if it causes unexpected discomfort or appears damaged, and should not use a product in a manner clearly inconsistent with its stated purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising solely from a purchase, transaction, website use, or product use where such liability may lawfully be limited.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts consumer rights, remedies, warranties, or liabilities that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or restricted.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability in circumstances where such a limitation would be prohibited by applicable law.

Updates to These Terms

We may revise these Terms and Conditions when our business practices, services, technology, policies, or applicable requirements change.

Updated Terms may be posted on ireuty.com together with a revised date.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, the version in effect when an order is submitted will generally apply to that transaction.
